CRA

To foster and encourage and improve all organized amateur hockey referees within the area under its jurisdiction.
To standardize the methods and techniques of refereeing in both the two and three man system and acquire uniformity throughout the area of jurisdiction in respect to rule interpretation and application.
To have and exercise a general care, supervision and direction over referees and executives of the CRA with emphasis on the enhancement of good character and citizenship.

Report all discrepencies to the appropriate assignor immediately.
(AA and A regular season and playoff games are not assigned by the CRA.)
